Ahoy Maties!

Instead of taking a risk of Ethan breaking a limb or something worse by being a ghost (cheap way out of getting him a costume), I (or we I should say, since I had to get Richard's approval for the purchase) decided to bite the bullet and purchase him a costume for Halloween. Daycare is planning to have a party tomorrow for the children and I surely didn't want him to feel left out of being the only one not dolled up. If only the child would cooperate and keep his hat on long enough for us to take his picture - a decent one!

Lo and behold...

If Ethan doesn't just make himself at home in his room. I was tending to some things for a few minutes downstairs yesterday, when I come up and look in his room and this is what I see...him all content and looking at a book. At least it doesn't take much to please him.

Tacy Temper

This might be considered the "Tacy Temper" that's been mentioned in my family, either that or the "terrible two's". I was letting him walk around the neighborhood one evening on our walk, and decided it was time to go back home. Well, he didn't care what I wanted and had a hissy fit. But you can see who had the upper hand and won!

Want a prize?

For a couple of days, Ethan had been in the habit of putting his hand down the back of his britches. The bad thing was that this was also the same time frame that I kept him home from school because he had diarrhea. Luckily, his hand never did come out dirty. Whew!

Seriously...

Either we know how to take serious photos or that's just his nature. I would tend to believe it's the latter because we get comments all the time on how serious he always looks. And this time is no different. Of course the first photo, is a good mugshot if you ask me. What's up with the prissy look?!?!?
